1. Return Eligibility
You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery if the product is unopened and in its original packaging. Opened products may be considered on a case-by-case basis for defective items.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Exclusions
Products that have been opened, used or damaged by the customer may not be eligible for a full refund. Perishable goods are subject to different conditions.
